A few things on this route follow a border, a calendar or a supplier's confirmation. Here they are, told straight.

• Entry at West Kowloon Station — Complete Hong Kong departure and Mainland China arrival formalities at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, then take the high-speed rail to Shenzhen. Specific train schedules, arrival stations, ticket and hotel transfer fees are subject to written quotation confirmation; when traveling with a passport, please allow extra time for security checks and border control.
• Entry Eligibility — This route is bookable. Visa-free entry eligibility depends on each traveler’s passport, the actual port of entry, outbound flight, permitted zone, and duration of stay; all details must be verified on a case-by-case basis. If visa-free conditions are not met, travel may only proceed once the appropriate visa has been obtained.
• Passports — Entry and visa-free transit policies vary by passport, port of entry, airline ticket, and travel date. Please verify the applicable scope and requirements as published by the National Immigration Administration before booking and departing; travelers requiring a visa should allow sufficient processing time.
• Checks we run for transit-policy guests — If opting to use the visa-free transit facility, please verify your entry eligibility at the West Kowloon Station, your connecting air ticket to a third country or region, and your permitted duration of stay and designated activity areas within China. Eligibility is subject to current regulations by the relevant authorities and border inspection.
• Day ten is the tight one — In the morning of Day 10, tour the Xi'an City Wall, then take a high-speed train to Beijing to connect with the international departure flight. Please verify the transfer buffer against the actual train schedule, arrival time, and flight time; if the timing is unsuitable, you may adjust activities or add a night's accommodation in Beijing, subject to written confirmation of the revised itinerary and entry eligibility.
• Departure dates — For travel during public holidays, please verify venue, transportation, and crowd conditions in advance. The actual opening hours and reservation policies for the Shenzhen exhibition halls and the panda base depend on the specific travel date.
• The Li River boat in the fourth quarter — day four is a boat day, and that boat is both your transfer and the day's experience. The autumn and winter operating schedule on this stretch is confirmed for your exact dates before anything is charged. If the sailing cannot be confirmed for your dates, we tell you before you pay and re-plan that day rather than sell it.
• Optional add-ons — The Shenzhen autonomous taxi experience and an additional night in Beijing are optional add-ons; availability is confirmed case by case based on operational status, transport connections, and the traveler's entry eligibility, with separate quotes provided.
• Cabin class, hotels and insurance — Seat classes for the three high-speed train segments, flight cabin class, designated hotel names, and whether your booking includes insurance are subject to the written quote and confirmation.
• Group — Private itinerary; booking available for as few as one guest. Group size and vehicle arrangements to be confirmed at order placement.
• Confirmation and changes — Refer to the written quote for confirmation deadlines and change/refund terms. This route includes three high-speed rail segments, one flight, and one cruise; any date changes may affect transportation arrangements for each segment.
