A few things on this route follow a border, a calendar or a supplier's confirmation. Here they are, told straight.

• Entry via West Kowloon Station — Clear Hong Kong departure and Mainland China arrival formalities at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, then take the high-speed train to Shenzhen. Specific train services, arrival station, ticket costs, and hotel transfer fees are subject to written quotation confirmation; if travelling with a passport, please allow sufficient time for security checks and border control.
• Entry Eligibility — This route is bookable. Visa-free entry eligibility must be verified case by case based on the traveller’s passport, actual port of entry, onward flight, area of stay, and duration of visit. If visa-free conditions are not met, a suitable visa must be arranged before departure.
• Passports — Entry and visa-exemption policies vary by passport, port of entry, flight details, and travel date. Please verify the applicable scope and requirements published by the National Immigration Administration of the PRC before booking and departure; travellers requiring a visa should allow sufficient time to process their application.
• Checks we run for transit-policy guests — If opting for the transit visa waiver, please verify your eligibility for entry at West Kowloon Station, your connecting air ticket to a third country or region, and your permitted duration and area of stay within the territory. Eligibility is subject to the current regulations of the relevant authorities and inspection at the port of entry.
• Day ten is the tight one — On the morning of Day 10, visit the Xi'an City Wall, then take a high-speed train to Beijing to connect with your departure flight. Please verify the transfer buffer based on the actual train number, arrival station, and flight time; if the timing is unsuitable, activities can be adjusted or an additional night in Beijing can be booked. Specific arrangements and entry eligibility will be confirmed in writing.
• Departure dates — Before travelling on public holidays, please check the venue, transport and crowd conditions in advance. The actual opening and reservation status of the Shenzhen exhibition centre and the Panda Base will depend on your travel date.
• The Li River boat in the fourth quarter — Day four is a boat day, and that boat is both your transfer and the day's experience. The autumn and winter operating schedule on this stretch is confirmed for your exact dates before anything is charged. If the sailing cannot be confirmed for your dates, we tell you before you pay and re-plan that day rather than sell it.
• Optional add-ons — The self-driving taxi experience in Shenzhen and the optional extra night in Beijing are subject to operational availability, transport connections, and entry eligibility. Confirmations and quotes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Cabin class, hotels and insurance — The seat class for the three high-speed rail segments, flight cabin class, specific hotel names, and whether your booking includes insurance are subject to the written quotation and confirmation.
• Group — Private itinerary, available for groups of one or more; final group size and vehicle arrangements are confirmed at booking.
• Confirmation and changes — Please refer to the written quotation for confirmation deadlines and change/refund terms. This route includes three high-speed rail segments, one flight, and one cruise; date changes may affect transport arrangements for each segment.
