Overview
You've already been in Guangzhou for a week, spending the whole time at the exhibition booth. This trip doesn't require a new arrival or a hotel switch. On day one, head to the Aion Smart Factory, then walk through Haixinsha and Zhujiang New Town. On day two, take a car to Foshan, start with two hours of morning tea, then visit Ancestral Temple to listen to the drums of the Lion Dance, and return to Guangzhou that evening. Day three is only for drop-off to the airport or station. Leave your luggage at the same place for both nights; that way, Guangzhou and Foshan beyond the exhibition can be savored at a leisurely pace.

- Day 3 includes only transfer to the airport or station — After your two sightseeing days, your driver will transfer you to Baiyun Airport or Guangzhou South Railway Station based on your flight or train schedule. No sightseeing is included on this final day.
- The factory visit follows the factory's calendar — the factory sets its own visitor days. We confirm your requested date with them before your order is taken. If they cannot receive visitors that day, we do not sell that date, and we offer you the dates they can receive instead.
- Departure dates align with the Canton Fair schedule — Your itinerary begins after the conference session you are attending concludes; the specific departure date will be confirmed in coordination with the exhibition schedule, factory reception days, and return travel arrangements.
- Visa-exempt markets — Visa-exemption eligibility and allowed stay duration vary by passport and mode of entry. Please provide your arrival date, event schedule, and return plans so we can verify the entire China itinerary against policies in effect at the time of travel.
- Hold a U.S. passport and valid visa — Guests holding a Chinese business or tourist visa should verify the visa's validity period, permitted length of stay, and the conditions for this entry; these three days count toward the full itinerary in China.
- US passport holders may transit without a visa — Guests entering under the 240-hour transit visa-free scheme must have their passport, port of entry, connecting airline ticket to a third country or region, and total stay duration—including exhibition dates—verified. The permitted stay period begins at midnight the day after entry; final eligibility is subject to current regulations from immigration authorities and on-site verification at the port of entry.
- Accommodation Area — Guangzhou and Foshan are both in Guangdong Province, so the round-trip itinerary on Day 2 will not take you outside the province.
- Confirmation & Changes — Specific confirmation deadlines, rescheduling, and refund terms are subject to the written quote you receive.

What's blocked
Google, Gmail, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and most Western news sites are inaccessible in China without a VPN.

240-hour visa-free transit
Citizens of 55+ countries (including USA, UK, most of EU, AUS, NZ, Canada) can enter China visa-free for up to 10 days if transiting through eligible ports. This covers our 12-day itinerary only if you have a confirmed onward flight.
Processing time
Apply 4–6 weeks before departure. Standard processing: 4–7 business days. Express (3 days) and same-day options available at most Chinese consulates.

Is China safe?
China consistently ranks among the safest countries for foreign tourists. Violent crime against visitors is extremely rare. Cities have extensive CCTV coverage and a visible police presence.
Emergency numbers
Police: 110. Ambulance: 120. Your concierge is your first call for any non-emergency situation — she has local contacts for every city on the itinerary.
Health & medications
Bring a full supply of any prescription medication. International pharmacies exist in major cities but may not carry your brand. Travel insurance is required — we can recommend policies that cover China specifically.
Language
English fluency outside hotels and tourist sites is limited. Your guides all speak English. We provide a printed pocket card with essential Chinese phrases and emergency contacts for every traveler.

No, and the plan is built so you do not. Your samples, your work surface and your fair rate are already in that room, so we start day one by picking you up there or at the venue. Both nights stay where they are. That is also why the two nights are not in the base price: you already hold them. If you would rather we book the two extra nights for you, we can, as an add-on priced separately when you choose it.
Not unilaterally, and here is exactly how it works. The factory sets its own visitor days, so we take your requested date to them and get it confirmed before we take your order, not after. If they cannot receive visitors that day, we do not sell that date and we come back with the days they can, so you choose from real dates rather than a promise. What you always keep either way: the full day is yours with the guide and the vehicle, and no order is taken on a date that is not confirmed.
A transfer, and nothing else in the price. Your driver takes you to Baiyun airport or Guangzhou South railway station with time to spare, without a guide on that leg. We know a two-day plan sold as three days would read better; we would rather write the line and let you decide. One morning item for that day is being sourced with its operator right now. It is not on sale, not in your quote and not promised, and it will be named here before it is ever sold.
No. It is a 45-minute drive each way in your own vehicle, out in the morning and back the same evening, both of them inside Guangdong province. You sleep in Guangzhou both nights and no bag moves. Treat it as the same-city extension it is: the reason it is on the plan is that the morning tea, the temple and the lion dance sit there rather than in the city you spent the week in.
Sometimes, and we check it before you pay rather than after. Two things decide it. First, the count covers your whole stay in China, the fair days included, not just our three days. The window runs from when your entry flight actually landed to when the flight that ends this plan takes off. Second, the first leg of your onward flight has to go to a third country or region, different from where you flew in from. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan count. If either one does not hold for your dates, we tell you before payment and we do not sell that date. There is no workaround, and we would rather lose the order than put you on the wrong side of an entry rule.
