You’ve been in Guangzhou for a week, stationed at your exhibition booth all the time. No need to recheck into a hotel or make a fresh start on this itinerary. On day one, visit the Aion smart factory, then stroll through Haixinsha and Zhujiang New Town. On day two, take a car to Foshan: spend two hours settling in for morning tea, then head to Ancestral Temple to listen to the drums of the lion dance before returning to Guangzhou that evening. Day three is dedicated solely to airport or station transfer. Keep your luggage in the same place for both nights; in the time between the exhibition, Guangzhou and Foshan unfold slowly before you.

- Day 3 includes only airport or station transfer. — After two days of sightseeing, your driver will take you to Baiyun Airport or Guangzhou South Station, depending on your flight or train schedule. No sightseeing is included on this day.
- The factory visit follows the factory's calendar — the factory sets its own visitor days. We confirm your requested date with them before your order is taken. If they cannot receive visitors that day, we do not sell that date, and we offer you the dates they can receive instead.
- Departure date aligns with the Canton Fair schedule — The itinerary begins after your exhibition session concludes; the specific departure date will be finalised based on the exhibition schedule, factory visit days, and return timing.
- Visa-free destinations — Visa exemption eligibility and duration of stay vary depending on your passport and mode of entry. Please provide your arrival date, conference schedule, and return arrangements so that we can verify your complete itinerary in China against the policies in force at the time of travel.
- Hold a US passport and a valid visa — Guests holding a Chinese business or tourist visa should verify the visa validity period, authorised duration of stay, and entry conditions for this specific visit; these three days are included in the complete itinerary in China.
- US passports are exempt from transit visa. — Guests entering under the 240-hour transit visa-free policy must verify their passports, ports of entry and exit, connecting tickets to a third country or region, and the full duration of stay, including exhibition dates. The transit period commences at midnight on the day following entry; eligibility is subject to the current regulations of the entry and exit administration authorities and verification at the port.
- Accommodation Area — Both Guangzhou and Foshan are located in Guangdong Province; the return trip on day two will not take you outside the province.

VPN & Internet Access
What's blocked
Google, Gmail, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and most Western news sites are inaccessible in China without a VPN.

240-hour visa-free transit
Citizens of 55+ countries (including USA, UK, most of EU, AUS, NZ, Canada) can enter China visa-free for up to 10 days if transiting through eligible ports. This covers our 12-day itinerary only if you have a confirmed onward flight.
Processing time
Apply 4–6 weeks before departure. Standard processing: 4–7 business days. Express (3 days) and same-day options available at most Chinese consulates.

Is China safe?
China consistently ranks among the safest countries for foreign tourists. Violent crime against visitors is extremely rare. Cities have extensive CCTV coverage and a visible police presence.
Emergency numbers
Police: 110. Ambulance: 120. Your concierge is your first call for any non-emergency situation — she has local contacts for every city on the itinerary.
Health & medications
Bring a full supply of any prescription medication. International pharmacies exist in major cities but may not carry your brand. Travel insurance is required — we can recommend policies that cover China specifically.
Language
English fluency outside hotels and tourist sites is limited. Your guides all speak English. We provide a printed pocket card with essential Chinese phrases and emergency contacts for every traveller.

Everything worth knowing before you book.
No, and the plan is built so you do not. Your samples, your work surface and your fair rate are already in that room, so we start day one by picking you up there or at the venue. Both nights stay where they are. That is also why the two nights are not in the base price: you already hold them. If you would rather we book the two extra nights for you, we can, as an add-on priced separately when you choose it.
Not unilaterally, and here is exactly how it works. The factory sets its own visitor days, so we take your requested date to them and get it confirmed before we take your order, not after. If they cannot receive visitors that day, we do not sell that date and we come back with the days they can, so you choose from real dates rather than a promise. What you always keep either way: the full day is yours with the guide and the vehicle, and no order is taken on a date that is not confirmed.
A transfer, and nothing else in the price. Your driver takes you to Baiyun airport or Guangzhou South railway station with time to spare, without a guide on that leg. We know a two-day plan sold as three days would read better; we would rather write the line and let you decide. One morning item for that day is being sourced with its operator right now. It is not on sale, not in your quote and not promised, and it will be named here before it is ever sold.
No. It is a 45-minute drive each way in your own vehicle, out in the morning and back the same evening, both of them inside Guangdong province. You sleep in Guangzhou both nights and no bag moves. Treat it as the same-city extension it is: the reason it is on the plan is that the morning tea, the temple and the lion dance sit there rather than in the city you spent the week in.
Sometimes, and we check it before you pay rather than after. Two things decide it. First, the count covers your whole stay in China, the fair days included, not just our three days. The window runs from when your entry flight actually landed to when the flight that ends this plan takes off. Second, the first leg of your onward flight has to go to a third country or region, different from where you flew in from. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan count. If either one does not hold for your dates, we tell you before payment and we do not sell that date. There is no workaround, and we would rather lose the order than put you on the wrong side of an entry rule.
