Magnolia Plaza is on the North Bund in Hongkou, not at Wujiaochang. Metro Line 12, International Cruise Terminal, Exit 3, then basement one, then the lift to the old helipad. It opened to the public on 15 April 2025. The Hongkou government gives the height as 320 metres, open air. Opposite you is Lujiazui: Shanghai Tower, the World Financial Center, the Oriental Pearl, and the river with its boats. There is a stage on the deck.
