### Do you book hotels, trains, and transfers?

Yes, when your selected service level includes booking support. Plan & Book and Leave It With Us can cover hotels, trains, transfers, private guides, and activities. With Plan Only, we provide recommendations and you make the bookings yourself.

### Is WhatsApp support included during the trip?

Pre-trip WhatsApp support is included across all service levels. On-trip WhatsApp support depends on the level you choose: Plan & Book includes it when needed, while Leave It With Us includes fuller support throughout the journey.

### Are private guides included?
